We Go Through Extensive Training

We even have a house INSIDE of a building used for training!

When damages occur in your home or business, it can be disruptive in many ways. Sure there are many companies that claim that they are specialist in cleaning and restoration, but are they certified in it? SERVPRO of Dover/ Middletown has technicians that go through extensive training through guidelines set forth by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, or IICRC. We even have our own nation training facility in which we teach many different things. SERVPRO is an approved IICRC Training School that offers year-around classes in the following categories:

• Fire Restoration
• Water Restoration
• Carpet Cleaning
• Upholstery Cleaning
• Applied Structural Drying
  (in our purpose-built ASD facility)

So when a damage occurs in your home or facility and someone approaches you claiming to be specialist- ask them if they are certified.
