When it rains from the second floor

Sometimes SERVPRO Of Dover Middletown gets called out to a local home to help assist with a water damage that a customer may have, and every once in a while when we arrive we realize that its raining from the second floor due to a leaking toilet, a leaking washer, or sometimes a busted pipe. Upon arrival at this persons home, we were able to determine that the water from the toilet had leaked through the flooring, the insulation, and through the ceiling of the first floor. We here at SERVPRO Of Dover Middletown were able to get a game plan together on how to tackle the issue. We were able to remove the affected ceiling as well as the insulation that was affected, we were then able to dry everything out from there, as seen in these photos.
